Randell's leadership is evident in the way he mentors his own assistant and streamlines complex processes, including the ticketing setup for the Jack O' Lantern Spectacular, one of the venue's largest annual events. His efforts have improved merchandise operations, ensured smooth show-day logistics, and supported multiple departments with efficiency and care.
