Edwin Atchley
Edwin Atchley
8UP Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen

Edwin has been a night shift server for about two years, and he is far from typical. When he’s not deep cleaning the rooftop, supporting catering events, or helping at the hostess stand, he’s always finding ways to support the restaurant. One notable instance was when a guest fell and injured herself on our rooftop; Edwin immediately ensured she was comfortable until EMTs arrived, staying by her side and sharing his entertaining restaurant stories to keep her calm. He even accompanied her down the elevator with the EMTs to ensure she was safely transported. Additionally, Edwin volunteers for the Louisville Black Chef Showcase, helping recruit more chefs and promoting the event at 8UP Elevated Drinkery and Kitchen. His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond make him an invaluable member of our team.

Alicia believes in winning as a team, providing heart and support to her teammates, and finding unique ways to motivate each member. Alicia's ability to connect with her team on a personal level fosters a sense of unity and collaboration that drives success. She is not just a leader but a mentor and a friend, always ready to lend a helping hand and offer words of encouragement.

Daniel also reopened our Starbucks location, handpicking and mentoring his team. Known as “Dan the Dad,” he deeply cares for his associates, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
