As a Front Desk Agent, she consistently steps into new roles with enthusiasm and professionalism, including taking on Night Auditor responsibilities and leading pre-shift meetings. Her initiative and eagerness to grow have made her a trusted resource across departments. When a gap in the sales team was anticipated, Daphne immediately volunteered to learn and support the role, demonstrating her commitment to the success of the entire operation. Terry Mandley
Hyatt Regency Downtown
Even though Terry's title is technically Safety and Security Officer, he does so much more then what his job description lists. Terry is constantly out in the lobby and on the floors offering guests his assistance. Many guests comment that they are amazed to see Terry offer services such as making restaurant recommendations and retrieving packages since those are tasks that are not normally associated with being a Safety and Security Officer. When we do have Safety and Security concerns, Terry handles them with tact and professionalism. He makes it a point to get to know all of his colleagues and greets everyone everyday with his signature fist bump. Working with Terry every day is a real pleasure. Terry has been mentioned by our guests on Trip Advisor over 50 times just this year alone. Terry is motivated by a genuine desire to make sure others are taken care of - his team, his colleagues, and above all, our guests. His performance consistently sets the standard for what "the best of the best" looks like in hotel operations.
